Bara Brith (twist on the traditional)
Our very proud, Great taste award winner. A proper, traditional Welshcake; sweet mixed spice and currants. The twist? We soak our currants in sweet black tea for 24hrs before they are put into the mix. You'll never go back to plain raisin again!
