1. We turn up and set up
Griddles, mixing bowls, ingredients, aprons, cutters, the lot.
2. Joe demonstrates
Joe provides a step-by-step demo as your team follow along.
3 · Everyone builds their own flavour.
This is where it gets competitive. Each person picks their unique ingredients and tries to convince the people next to them that their mix is the best.
5 · Cooking and Tasting.
The best Welsh cake you'll ever have is the one straight off the griddle. The rest are bagged up for the journey home.

Ideal For Team Building.
Most team building events ask people to perform, compete, present or pretend they're enjoying themselves. Ours asks them to make something with their hands, next to a colleague and eat it while it's still warm. Nobody's an expert, so nobody's left out. Hands busy, low stakes, no hierarchy and it’s only as competitive as you make it.
A Truly Inclusive Day.
No fitness required - No obstacle courses, no getting muddy, no one sitting it out for a bad knee.
No experience required - Nobody's an expert, so nobody starts ahead.
Genuinely inclusive - Works across every age, ability and confidence level in the room.
Collaborative before competitive - People help each other and the group decides how competitive the day is.
Levels the hierarchy - Everyone's got flour on their hands, including the boss.
Draws out the quiet ones - Hands busy and low stakes is when people actually talk.
Alcohol Optional - A proper social event that’s just as good without drinks as it is with drinks.
Creative and personal - Everyone's flavour choices make their batch their own.
Sensory and hands-on - A real break from screens and meeting rooms.
Something to show for it - Everyone leaves with a bag of fresh Welsh cakes that they made themselves.
