Additional Delivery Information

While we carefully prepare and dispatch all orders on time, delivery is carried out by Royal Mail and is therefore subject to their service schedules and any unforeseen delays. Once your order has been dispatched, we are reliant on Royal Mail to complete the delivery. Although delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control. We kindly ask customers to allow a little extra time for delivery, particularly during busy periods or when ordering to areas such as Northern Ireland. We currently do not offer delivery outside the UK, including the Republic of Ireland (mainland Ireland).
